Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the production or packing process has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.
- Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.
- Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation of non-customized orders only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations: We offer shipping across India. International shipping is available upon request. Please note: customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on order volume or complexity of custom designs.
- Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Time: India Estimated delivery within 8 to 10 business days.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor delivery progress.
- Shipping Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, logistics disruptions) may cause delays. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a satisfactory resolution.
Important Note on Damaged Packages: If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged package may void eligibility for a refund or replacement. This Cancellation and Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
